Deb and I have a friend (who will remain nameless to protect the innocent) who is a “Driver” personality on steroids. He also meditates a lot and attends many spiritual retreats. We laugh together, when we’re with him, that we can’t imagine what it would be like if he didn’t do all that meditating.
Mirror, mirror! I have to admit it! I tend to be a “Type A” personality myself. All my life, I’ve measured how I’m doing by the results I accomplish. I even apply that at the daily level. It seems I’ve typically tended to deal with an increasing workload by throwing more hours at the tasks. Well…enough!

As someone who is building a business on the internet, you probably study a lot of information on various internet business solutions.
As you listen to teleseminars, read ebooks or study courses, you more than likely run across information you have heard before.
And when that happens, you probably think to yourself, “I know that!”
It’s just common nature to think that. And it is probably true. You’ve heard it before.
