Hey Mynders,
The makes a lot of sense to plan ahead instead of doing it the task “when I feel like it.” Thanks for the insight!

Mynders,
I too, use the select to display “Overlay” function of multiple calendars in different colors, in addition to “Shared” calendars and also “Multiple time clock time lines” in Google Calendar, to plan both my private life, and to manage the recording of multiple live webinars as I travel internationally and coordinate the process with other parties. I add the links to join the webinars as well as the original webinar registration link (In case there is a last minute problem joining)inside the “Description” for each event, and find the “Event reminders” that I set to 1 day, 1 hour, and 10 minutes, “Daily agendas” and “Tasks” functionality useful too. I also use the “Repeat function” for multiple recurring events so they are only required to be added to the calendar once.
Google Calendar is a powerful tool for colaberation and management of multiple events in ones life.

I never thought about doing my personal calendar first, thanks. I am going to plan out my marketing efforts the previous month. Nice video my friend.

Lela:
I find that I have to plan ahead with so much on my plate. The Calendar drives my actions, so I don’t have to think about it so much.

Good seeing you at Don’s event in Phoenix. I enjoyed your presentation.

Hi Mynders
Can you advise me please on how I intergrate Outlook Calendar (which all of my clients use) with Google calendar? I really like the multi-layered calendar concept but I just want to make sure that it won’t complicate rathet than simplify and streamline my life.
Thanks for all the practical tips, Olwyn
